Price includes sleeping, bedclothes, towels, use of wireless internet, use of water and electricity, use of parking place, toilet paper, soap, use of kitchen in apartments, elevator for apartments A, B, C, use of laundry room and multipurpose hall and final cleaning of the apartment.

An extra bed costs 15 € per person per day.
Additional payment for only 1 night stand is 30 % of the price. Additional payment for only 2 nights stand is 15% of the price.
Pets are not welcome in our apartments.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax cost 2 EUR per person per day.
For children from 7 to 18 years tourist tax costs 1 EUR per day per child. There is no tourist tax for children under 7 years.
ADVANCE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Generally, the final confirmation of reservations require 70% payment of the total reservation price that you paid till 14 days before arrival. Other fee shall be paid by credit card or in cash upon arrival.
Written or oral cancellation is possible. If cancellation of resesrvation is made 14 days or more before arrival the cancellation is free of charge. In case that cancellation of reservation is made in less than 14 days befor arrival, we reserve the right to reimbursmenet with 70% of the total reservation.
